IMPORTANT & NEW : PERSONALIZED tickets!

CHANGE OF NAME / CHANGE OF PERSONALIZATION FOR SEA YOU FESTIVAL 2016
To change the name on an already personalized ticket for the Sea You Festival 2016 you need the ticket number from the original ticket.
The ticket number can be found on the original ticket on the top of the right side, it consists out of 2 letters and 4 digits. Without that ticket number, you are not able to purchase the exchange ticket.
If you have this ticket number, you must enter it when buying the new exchange ticket.

Also the Exchange Ticket need to be personalized. At the Entrance the name on the exchange ticket must match to the name on the ID card. You have to deposit the new name in the menu item "Personalized ticket for".
Please note that the exchange ticket will be sent to the email address stated in menu item “Personal Information”. Email address will be automatically applied in the menu item "Personalized ticket for"

DATES & PERIODS:
- Tickets that have been purchased between 13 october 2015 and 01 january 2016, can be exchanged for 1.50 EUR from 01 february 2016 onwards.
- Tickets that have been purchased between 02 january 2016 and 29 february 2016, can be exchanged for 1.50 EUR from 11 march 2016 onwards.
- Tickets that have been purchased between 01 march 2016 and 30 april 2016, can be exchanged for 1.50 EUR from 1 mai 2016 onwards.
- Tickets that have been purchased between 01 mai 2016 and 31 mai 2016, can be exchanged for 1.50 EUR from 01 june 2016 onwards.
- Tickets that have been purchased between 01 june 2016 and 15 june 2016, can be exchanged for 3.50 EUR from 16 june 2016 onwards.
- Tickets that have been purchased between 16 june 2016 and 30 june 2016, can be exchanged for 5.50 EUR from 01 july 2016 onwards.
- Tickets that have been purchased between 01 july 2016 and 15 july 2016, can be exchanged for 10.50 EUR from 12:00 clock on the next day (= day after your purchase).
