Due to the official cancellation of the Sea You Festival 2020, you have the following options:
The ticket process is only possible until 20th July 2020.

The Sea You Festival 2021 will take place from July 16th till July 18th, 2021 at the Tunisee in Freiburg. We‘ll celebrate on 3 festival days (Fri. + Sat. + Sun.) for the first time.
- How do I get access to the different ticket options?

On this page you can request the access link to get to the platform. To get access to your order, please enter your order number and email address. You can find your order number either in the confirmation email from Paylogic (which you received after the purchase) or on your tickets. Please make sure that you use the same email address you used for your order process, otherwise it won’t work.
- How can I support festivals?
Do you want to know how you can best help us? It's simple: keep your ticket, change it to a ticket for Sea You 2021 and come celebrate with us next year!
- I have a ticket to the Sea You Festival 2020. Can I participate in the Sea You Festival 2021?
Of course you can. Tickets and all services from 2020 can be exchanged for new tickets for the Sea You Festival 2021. This process is free of
charge. If you want to exchange your existing ticket for a valid one for 2021, it is necessary to let us know until July 20th, 2020. From then on the ticket swap will be closed! Exchange your ticket here: https://www.seayou-festival.de/ticketabwicklung Guests who have a ticket for Sea You 2020 will receive a special price for the new additional festival day (Friday).
- Do I have a price advantage if I exchange my ticket now?
All previous ticket buyers who keep their tickets will save money as they paid the price for this year‘s festival. Next year ticket prices will rise moderately in many categories - depending on the category between 3,- € and 15,- €.

- I can't go to the Sea You Festival in 2021, what should I do with my ticket?
In this case you have the choice between the "voucher solution" OR

- What does the voucher rule mean for canceled events?
Organizers are entitled to hand out only vouchers instead of the reimbursement of the admission price for events that have had to or have to be canceled due to the pandemic. Further information on the voucher solution for the entire cultural sector, which has been approved by the federal government, can be found at:
With the voucher solution you support us in these economically difficult times. You are ensuring that we are given the financial scope we need to continue after the coronavirus crisis. With the voucher you can wait and see how the situation will develop within the next weeks and months, and buy a new ticket later if necessary. You are also more flexible and have the opportunity to buy other products. If you don't redeem the vouchers, you can get your money back after December 31st, 2021.
- What can I do with the voucher?
The voucher can be redeemed for an event by the same organizer, either for the replacement event or the same event in the next year, but also for another event, insofar as the organizer offers other events. After the Sea You 2021 has expired, you can also purchase a ticket for 2022 with your voucher code, or get the refund after December 31st, 2021.
- Are there any costs for exchanging tickets or vouchers?
No, there are no additional costs for you.
- Until which date can I decide what will happen to my 2020 tickets?
You have time until July 20th, 2020 to choose one of the three options (1.keep the ticket and transfer it to the 2021 festival, 2. transfer the voucher, 3. refund). After that the claim expires.
- Can I exchange or refund parts of an order, or does the order need to be processed as a whole?
- When will I receive my tickets (after exchanging this year’s tickets for the event in 2021)?
Your new tickets will be sent automatically by email after the exchange deadline from Paylogic. This will be after July 20th, 2020.
If you don’t want to wait you can already download the 2021 ticket yourself by going to "Download tickets" in your order confirmation.
- Is it possible to switch tickets that havent’t been personalized yet?
Orders that have not yet been personalized can also be exchanged. In this case, you will receive a new personalization link, which you can use to complete the personalization until the event.
- Do I have to redeem the voucher or does it expire?
The voucher code can be redeemed until December 31st, 2021. After this date the buyer will get his money back if he has not redeemed the voucher. To do this, send the unredeemed voucher code with your bank details / account details to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Why was the voucher solution developed?
Many organizers and club operators currently have no income. If they had to reimburse the entrance fees for all that quickly canceled events, many of them would be worried about their existence. A voucher solution gives them more liquidity and scope and is therefore a great help for the event industry. By picking this alternative you make sure that many great festivals and events can take part in the future.
- Are the interests of consumers protected?
A wave of bankruptcies within the event industry and cultural landscape would mean that claims for reimbursement could no longer be made.
- The voucher does not bring me anything, I urgently need the money.

The advance booking fee is not refunded, only the pure ticket price.
Additionally a flat rate of € 8 applies to manual processing (per refund process / remittance).
Please understand that this process can and will take four to six weeks before you can expect on the money.
You have the option to have your ticket refunded until July 20th, 2020.
- Are tickets from other providers or pre sale shops refunded?
You Homepage, Paylogic Shop) can be refunded. For tickets that were purchased through a second provider or privately, claims for refunds must be requested directly from them. For a refund you always need the original order number and the email address of the buyer.
- I exchanged my ticket but I changed my mind. Can I cancel the exchange?
No, unfortunately that is not possible.
- What will the line-up look like in 2021?
We are trying to postpone as many of our artists' performances this year from 2020 to next year. We have already been able to successfully fix over 90%! In addition, further new main acts will be added on Friday. At the moment, of course, we cannot guarantee that every single act that was announced for 2020 will be there in 2021. We will of course ensure that at least the same quality is maintained or that one is placed on top. You can always find the recent line-up for 2021 on our homepage at
- Who is able to get the special price for Friday?
All guests who have a ticket for Sea You 2020 can receive a ticket for the new Friday as an upgrade. The special price is only 14.99 € (+ fee) instead of the regular pre-sale price 39.99 € (+ fee) which will save you 25,- €. The new Friday will be celebrated on a total of 5 stages with an internationally high-quality and varied line-up. You can find more information about the Friday event at:
- I won a ticket to Sea You 2020 - what will happen to it?
Raffle tickets are valid in 2021 if exchanged. Send us an email with your ticket and contact details to email@example.com. We will compare these with the winner data and get back to you.
- I have booked my accommodation and / or arrival on my own, what now?
Unfortunately we can’s do anything about it. We suggest to contact the respective company (hotel, airline, train, ...) independently and clarify the possibilities. The visitor has no claims for damages (e.g. regarding cancelation charges of hotels and travel businesses) against Sea You
