    • Questions or problems with your tickets?

      Any concerns about your ticket must be primary discussed with your ticket agency Paylogic which is integrated in our homepage. We don’t have hardly any access to your data. Most questions are already answered here: https://customerservice.paylogic.com

    • Does it make sense to ask the promotor for extra tickets after certain categories were sold out?

      No, it is not possible to ask for more tickets or a ticket exchange to ticket categories that are not available any more.

    • Can I give my ticket to anybody else?

      Yes, but all tickets except the extra tickets Rent-a-tent or Drinks @ Camping A are personalized and have to be changed in case you give it to someone else. These two categories show the name of the ticket buyer only. People holding a free- or guestlist ticket can’t give this ticket to another person. The ticket is unsaleable and the name can’t be changed.

    • Do I necessarily have to bring my printed ticket?

      Absolutely. Many people had trouble finding their tickets on their phone or couldn’t download them due to missing mobile network. This caused very long waiting periods in the past.

    • What is special about the VIP-Ticket?

      - Fast Lane at the entrance
      - Access to three stages incl. mainstage (behind and next to the stage) > limited
      - Extra toilets in all VIP areas and one container with real restroom facilities behind stage 3
      - extra VIP-Bars with special offers
      - special fabric wristband

    • Am I allowed to bring a backpack or beach bag?

      For security reasons you are only allowed to bring a gym bag (max. size A3) or a small purse / bumbag (max. size A4). It is not allowed to bring any kind of backpacks. We indicate also that it is not allowed to bring any drinks and food.

    • Which items are not allowed at the festival venue?

      - Food and drinks
      - Any kind of backpacks
      - Container with liquids in unusual sizes (e.g. nail polish remover, bodylotion, perfume,…) and gas car-tridges
      - Deodorant (Spray) and Sunspray. Pumpsprays are allowed instead
      - Bulky items (coolers, camping equipment, flags, chairs, etc.)
      - Selfiesticks and GoPro Sticks
      - Empty bottles other than foldable plastic bottles
      - Any kind of weapons (knifes with a blade longer than 12cm, bats, irritant gas, brass knuckles, etc.) These weapons as well as its carrier will be reported immediately to the police.
      - Items that could be dangerous but are not mentioned within the law on arms (kitchen knife, pocket knife, etc.)
      - Medicine in unusual sizes and not in the original package
      - Fire accelerant and firework as well as pyrotechnical items
      - Marker, Eddings (except Make-Up)
      - Animals except guide dogs
      - Spray cans with gas, acidly, inflammable and dying substances
      - Drugs

    • How many Camping A tickets do I have to buy?
    • What things am I allowed to bring and not?

      At Camping A it is allowed to bring:

      • Tents and tent equipment
      • Camping equipment like camping chairs and -tables
      • Regular, small grills (One-way or small reusable grills)
      • Camping stoves with small gas cartridges
      • Every kind of food wrapping except glass!!!

      At Camping A it is NOT allowed to bring:

      • Pavilions
      • Big sound systems
      • Electric generators
      • Glass
      • Megaphones
      • Weapons
      • Drugs
      • Firework
      • Bonfires
      • Furniture (sofas, armchairs, etc.)
      • Any kind of construction material

      At Camping B (Silbersee / www.camping-freiburg.net) and Camping C (Tunisee / www.tunisee.de) the individual house rules are relevant, please check the websites for more information.

      We don’t want to cut down on your fun but we have to make sure (next to safety related reasons) that the neighborhood is happy and not bothered too much because of the noise.

    • How old do I have to be to visit Sea You festival?

      You have to be over 18 years old (no exceptions made).

    • How old do I have to be to visit Sea You festival?

      You have to be over 18 years old (no exceptions made).

    • Do I have to bring an ID?

      It is obligatory to bring an ID. In case you are not able to show it, it could be possible that you won’t get access to the festival in case security doubts your age.

    • Am I allowed to bring a backpack or beach bag?

    • Can I return my tickets?

      Tickets cannot be returned or refunded. Also you can’t return a ticket after the festival because you got sick and couldn’t redeem it. We suggest getting the ticket insurance if you are worried about these kind of circumstances. In case you like to upgrade your ticket to a higher (available) category this is possible.

    • Is it possible to buy more (extra) tickets even though I already have my ticket (e.g. tickets for Camping or beachcoins)?

      Yes, you can always buy other tickets later on. Just visit our ticket shop and pick whatever you want to add.

    • I don’t understand the difference between the price levels, what do the different numbers mean?

      The different price levels are based on the time someone buys the ticket. People who get the ticket in fall a year before the event pay much less than people who decide to come to the festival a couple of months or weeks before. The later it gets, the more expensive is the ticket. The benefits are the same!

    • Can I give my ticket to anybody else?

      Yes, but all tickets except the extra tickets Rent-a-tent or Drinks @ Camping A are personalized and have to be changed in case you give it to someone else.     • Is there going to be a reentry after leaving the festival ground?

      Everybody carrying a two day festival-ticket or a ticket including camping is allowed to leave the area and come back in. Guests with day-tickets (Sat. or Sun. only) won’t be able to come in twice.

    • Do I necessarily have to bring my printed ticket?

    • Can I buy my ticket for the Pre- and Aftershowpartys ahead?

      No, there will only be a box office.

    • Are there any specials about handicapped people?

      Everybody who needs assistance which is attestable in the severely handicapped pass marked with a B will get one ticket for free for the escort. The own ticket must be regularly paid. Please send an email to team@seayou-festival.de with a scan of your severely handicapped pass. Arriving at the festival you have to go to the guestlist showing your ID, your severely handicapped pass and your own ticket. After-wards your escort will get a wristband. Without getting in contact with us before it is not possible to re-ceive a free ticket.
      We provide toilets for handicapped people but please notice, that not every area at the festival site is completely wheelchair accessible, for example the stage access for VIP guest. Because of the safety in-structions and emergency routes it is not possible to sell VIP tickets to wheelchair users.

    • Can I charge my phone at the festival?

      Yes, you can charge your phone at stage 7 (to be paid with cash)

    • Are there any lockers at the festival area?

      No, only at Camping A. For further information please check the Camping FAQ. You can book the locker ahead online.

    • Which accommodation options are there?

      You can stay overnight at one of our three campsites (A, B or C).

      At a later date, we will also offer hotel rooms in our official Sea You Partner hotel (anticipated from the beginning of December, information will follow).

    • Am I allowed to bring any food or drinks to the festival area?

      No, it is not allowed to bring any food or drinks.

    • Is there vegan or vegetarian food?

      We do have some caterers that offer vegan and vegetarian food.

    • Can I withdraw money or pay with debit card at Sea You Festival?

      We don’t have a cash machine at the festival area, but actually you won’t need it because we offer a cashless payment system (LINK)

    • What is special about the VIP-Ticket?

      - Fast Lane at the entrance
      - Access to three stages incl. mainstage (behind and next to the stage) > limited
      - Extra toilets in all VIP areas and one container with real restroom facilities behind stage 3
      - extra VIP-Bars with special offers

    • Am I allowed to sleep in my car?

      No, unfortunately this is not possible, because there is no infrastructure on the parking lot. Our security staff will check the area regularly.

    • Does the festival take part if it is raining?

      Then we talk about an act of nature beyond control. The festival takes generally part come rain or shine as long as the promotor can take the responsibility for it. In case there are any risks for someone’s body or health foreseeable the event will immediately not be continued.

    • What happens if…?

      … I damage something?
      Every guest who breaks something at the festival venue or campground is liable for it.
       
      … I lose my wristband?
      Please make sure that you don’t lose it. If so you won’t get a new one and in case the promotor or securi-ty finds out about you not wearing the wristband you’ll be banished from the festival venue.
       
      … I lost something?
      If you lost something you can ask for it at entrance which means, that this is also the place you can turn something in in case you found something. If your lost item is still not there you can write an email to team@seayou-festival.de after the festival.

      … I got robbed or something got stolen?
      Every guest is responsible for his or her own belongings. We suggest leaving all valuables that are not desperately needed at home or at least in your car.
       
      … something happens to me?
      Entering the festival venue and especially taking a bath in the lake is on your own risk.
      The promotor’s contractual and legal liability for its own and other people’s actions is restricted to an act of gross negligence. Of course there is a first aid team present.

    • Is it possible to visit my friends on another campground?

      Unfortunately it is not possible to switch between camping A, B or C due to limited capacities.

    • Can I come with a camper or van?

      At Camping A we provide an extra area for campers or large vans. The ticket includes access to Camping A (where showers etc. are located) and is valid for max. 5 people. All people belonging to one ticket have to stay in one vehicle. It is not possible to stay in a tent close to the camper or sleep somewhere else. In case your vehicle can host only three people, you have to buy two regular camping tickets for your other friends or buy a ticket for an extra vehicle. Please make sure that everybody has its own ticket to enter the festival area. The caravan ticket is only valid with a ticket for the festival, no matter which category. If you don’t have a festival ticket, it can’t be purchased at the box office in case it is already sold out, which makes your camping ticket invalid (no refund). The caravan ticket includes a 15,- € trash deposit and will be refunded once you’ll return three full trash bags.

    • How many Camping A tickets do I have to buy?
    • Can I drive close to my camping spot to unload my car?

      Unfortunately not, please drive straight to the parking lot and then carry your stuff to the campground. We suggest bringing trolleys or barrows, this can help a lot even though you have to push them on grass.

    • How does the refund of the trash deposit work?

      The ticket for camping A includes 5, - € per person as trash deposit. When you check out you have to bring a full trash bag and the token you got when you checked in to get back the 5,- €. Extra trash bags are available at any time for free. Tickets for Camping B and C don’t include a trash deposit, so nothing will be paid back.

    • How much space do I have?

      Every camper gets about 3,5m² for its tent. Please make sure to bring appropriate camping equipment. Once you arrive with a group you can add your plots. Just check that you occupy the tents as optimal as possible. Pavilions are not allowed due to security reasons. You can bring umbrellas or awnings instead.

    • Can we reserve an area for our friends who will arrive later?

      Whoever wants to camp together should arrive together and set up the tents next to each other. In case this is not possible the ones who arrive first should bring the other ones tent to set it up already. Please understand that there is no other way. Watch out, at Camping A: ask your friends if they are located at A1 or A2.

    • Is it free to take a shower?

      At Camping A we provide container with toilets and showers for free. At Camping B and C are real sanitary facilities with showers and toilets as well. The use is free at Camping C but the owners at Camping B are taking a fee for using the shower.

    • Is there any electricity on the campgrounds?

      Unfortunately not.

    • Is there a shop or a restaurant on the campground?

      You can buy food and drinks on all campgrounds within the regular hours. At Camping A local clubs take care of the catering and offer breakfast, barbeque food and many other things to eat and drink. It is possible to buy the most needed sanitary products here or charge your cellphones for 2.-€. Furthermore you can charge them at Stage 7 at the festival.

    • What things am I allowed to bring and not?

    • Can I bring my animal?

      Dogs and other animals are not allowed at the festival campground. First of all this rule is made to protect your animal! Please appreciate this, thank you.

    • Am I allowed to sell stuff or offer certain services at the campgrounds?

      Without a written permission by the promotor it is forbidden to offer any kind of goods on the campgrounds. If so you have to bear the consequences.

    • Can I rent a tent that has already been built?

      Yes, but only at Camping A.

      2-Man-Tent = 60 € (+ Fee)
      4-Man-Tent = 120 € (+ Fee)
      6-Mann-Tent = 180€ (+ Fee)

      Tickets are calculated per tent (not per person).

      IMPORTANT:
      This ticket does not include access to the campsite!
      Valid only in conjunction with a CAMPING A (additional ticket) + day or festival ticket

  • Tickets keep valid / Coupon / Refund
    • When and where will the Sea You “Beach Republic” 2022 take place?

      The Sea You Festival 2022 will take place from July 15th to July 17th, 2022 at the Tunisee in Freiburg as before. For the first time we are celebrating on 3 festival days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

    • How do I get access to the different ticket options?

      The good news first: all tickets purchased for the Sea You Festival 2021 (or for 2020) remain valid for the new date in 2022!
      You don't need to do anything other than keep your valid ticket and look forward to the upcoming event with us!

      In case you are not able to participate on the new date (Friday, July 15th / Saturday, July 16th / Sunday July 17th), you have the following options regarding your order. The period for any actions starts July 5th, 2021 and lasts for weeks until August 5th, 2021):

      • Voucher
      • Refund of the ticket price
      • Donation

      To choose between these options, please go to: https://consumer.paylogic.nl/request-order-access/
      There you can request the access link to the platform.
      To get access to your order, please enter your order number and email address.
      You can find your order number either in the confirmation email from Paylogic (which you received after purchasing) or on your tickets.
      Please make sure that you use the same email address that was used to place the order (buyer's email address).
      The refund or voucher must be requested by August 5th, 2021. From this date on the exchange period expires and your ticket remains valid!

    • How can I support festivals?

      Do you want to know how you can best help us? It's simple: keep your ticket and come next year in 2022 to celabrate with us!
      If you won’t be able to participate on the new date, there is also the option of making a donation in the refund and voucher tool: donate part of your credit or all of your order value to support us in these economically difficult times.

    • I have a ticket for the Sea You Festival 2021 (or 2020). Can I participate in the Sea You Festival 2022?

      Of course and with great pleasure! All tickets purchased for the Sea You Festival 2021 (or 2020) remain valid for the new date in 2022!
      You don't have to do anything other than keep your valid ticket and look forward to the upcoming event with us!
      All guests who already have a ticket for Sea You 2021 (or 2020) can also purchase the additional festival Friday for a special price! As an upgrade, the Friday ticket costs only 19.99 € (+ fee) instead of the regular pre-sale price of 49.99 € (+ fee) - you save 30 €!

      All guests who have purchased a 3-day ticket for 2021 will not need a Friday upgrade ticket, this is of course already included.
      Likewise, all those who already had a Friday Upgrade for 2021 do not need one; this is automatically transferred to 2022.
      The Friday Upgrade is therefore especially suitable for those who had a 2-day ticket, e.g. from 2020, or for interested guests with a day ticket (e.g. Saturday) who would like to add Friday.

    • Do I have a price advantage if I exchange my ticket now?

      All previous ticket buyers who continue to keep their tickets save money because they paid the price of 2021 or 2020. Next year, ticket prices will rise moderately in many categories. So you have definitely secured the best or at least the same price.
      In addition, some ticket categories were already sold out. Categories that have already been sold out will not end up in the presale for 2022.

    • I can't go to the Sea You Festival in 2022, what should I do with my ticket?

      You have the choice between a voucher or a refund.

    • What does the voucher arrangement mean for canceled events?

      Instead of the reimbursement of the admission price, you will receive a voucher equal to the respective ticket price plus the advance booking fee. With the voucher solution you support us a lot. With the voucher in your pocket, you can wait and see how the situation develops in the upcoming weeks and months, and buy a new ticket later if necessary. You are also more flexible and have the option to buy other products.
      If you don’t redeem the voucher, you can have your money refunded after December 31st, 2021. Therefore you have no risk whatsoever and you gain some time and flexibility.

    • What can I do with the voucher?

      The voucher (in the amount of the respective ticket price plus the advance booking fee) can be redeemed for an event of the same organizer, either for the substitute event or the same event in the coming year, but also for another event if the organizer offers other events. After Sea You 2022 has expired, you can also purchase a ticket for 2023 with your voucher code, or have the value refunded after December 31st, 2021.

    • Are there any costs involved in letting the tickets or the voucher be valid?

      There are of course no additional costs for validating the tickets and the voucher solution. With the reimbursement you will receive the pure ticket price. The advance booking fee is not refunded here.

    • Till what date do I have to decide what to do with my 2021 or 2020 tickets?

      You have time until August 5th, 2021 if you would like a voucher or a refund. After that, the entitlement to this expires and the ticket remains valid for 2022.

    • Can I exchange or refund parts of an order, or does the order have to be processed as a whole?

      An exchange or a refund cannot be made for individual tickets, it always applies to the entire order. The entire order can only be processed in one context. If you have ordered several times, you can of course make a new selection for each of these orders / order numbers.

      IMPORTANT: Only legitimate owners (the person carrying the order with the e-mail address used for the order & people who received the tickets via our official ticket transfer) can use the options!

    • When will I get my new tickets for 2022?

      Your new tickets will be sent by email from Paylogic towards the middle to the end of August. Alternatively, you can already download the 2022 ticket yourself by going to "Download tickets" in your order confirmation via https://consumer.paylogic.nl/tickets/

    • Can I exchange orders, that haven’t been personalized yet?

      Orders that have not yet been personalized can also be exchanged. In this case you will receive a new personalization link, with which you have the opportunity to complete the personalization as usual until the event.

    • Do I have to redeem the voucher or does it expire?

      The voucher code can be redeemed until January 1st, 2023, which means this lasts almost 1 ½ years. After December 31st, 2021, the buyer can claim his money back if he has not redeemed the voucher. Send the unredeemed voucher code together with your bank details / account details to: refund@seayou-festival.de

    • I can’t do anything with the voucher so far, I urgently need the money.

      Then select the button "Refund". You can find all information about this at:

      The pre-sale fee will not be reimbursed, only the pure ticket price.
      Further processing fees are waived.

      Please understand that the reimbursement process will take 4 - 6 weeks so you can only count on the money after this time.

      An exchange or a refund cannot be made for individual tickets, it always applies to the entire order.

      The possibility of having your ticket refundedis offered from July 5th, 2021 to August 5th, 2021. After the reimbursement period, your ticket will continue to be valid.

    • Are tickets from second providers refunded?

      Unfortunately, only tickets that have been purchased via our official ticket shop (Sea You Homepage / Paylogic) can be refunded. For tickets that were purchased via second providers or privately, claims for refunds must be requested directly from them. For a refund you always need the original order number and the buyer's email address.

    • I exchanged my ticket and have now changed my mind. Can I reverse the exchange?

      No, unfortunately that is not possible.

    • What does the line-up look like in 2022?

      We are doing our best to postpone as many acts (which should have performed in 2021) as possible to the upcoming year. We have already successfully postponed over 85%! In addition, there will be more new main acts on Friday.
      At the moment, of course, we cannot guarantee that every single act that was announced for 2021 will be there in 2022. We will of course make sure that at least the same quality is maintained or bring it up to an even higher level.

    • Who is entitled to the special price on Friday?

      All guests who had a ticket for Sea You 2021 (or 2020) will receive the new Friday as an upgrade for the special price of only € 19.99 (+ fee) instead of the regular pre-sale price of € 49.99 (+ fee). which saves them 30 €. The new Friday will be celebrated on a total of 5 stages with an internationally high-level and varied line-up.

      Procedure: Your order number (Sea You 2021 or 2020 order) = the access code.
      Enter your order number in the ticket shop https://shop.paylogic.com/132245/17501/tickets into the field "Do you have an access code?" then click “Submit”.
      Only then the Friday UPGRADE ticket (€ 19.99 + fee) will appear and you can put it in the shopping cart.

      All guests who have purchased a 3-day ticket for 2021 will not need a Friday upgrade ticket, this is of course already included.
      Likewise, all those who already had a Friday Upgrade for 2021 do not need one; this is automatically transferred to 2022.
      The Friday Upgrade is therefore especially suitable for those who had a 2-day ticket, e.g. from 2020, or for interested guests with a day ticket (e.g. Saturday) who would like to add Friday.

    • I won a ticket for Sea You 2021 - what happens to it?

      For your tickets from raffles (for Sea You 2021 or 2020) please write to us directly so that we can transfer them to 2022. Raffle tickets cannot be refunded. Send us an email with your ticket and contact details, which we will compare with our data, to: team@seayou-festival.de

    • I have booked my accommodation and / or travel privately, what now?

      That is not in our sphere of influence, which means you have to contact the respective company (hotel, airline, train, ...) independently and clarify the possibilities. There are no claims for damages by the visitor (e.g. for hotel and travel expenses) against Sea You Freiburg GmbH
