- Questions or problems with your tickets?
Any concerns about your ticket must be primary discussed with your ticket agency Paylogic which is integrated in our homepage. We don’t have hardly any access to your data. Most questions are already answered here: https://customerservice.paylogic.com
- Can I return my tickets?
If you are unable to attend the festival and want to resell your ticket(s), you can do so via our official resale platform.
Process:
• Visit the official resale platform: https/resale.seetickets.com/seayoufestival2023/
• Create account & confirm email address
• Enter ticket barcode & determine price (maximum price = original price)
• Put the ticket on sale
As soon as your ticket has been sold via the official resale platform, your ticket including the barcode will become invalid and the new buyer will receive a new ticket with a new barcode. This action can not be undone! As soon as your ticket has been sold, you will be informed by email and the amount will be paid to you using the same payment method that was used when you placed your order. As the original ticket holder, you no longer have access to the tickets. This is the only way the new owner can be sure that the tickets now belong to him.
Note: The resale platform can only be used by Seetickets (Paylogic) customers. Persons with guest list tickets cannot sell their tickets here. - Is it possible to buy more (extra) tickets even though I already have my ticket (e.g. tickets for Camping or beachcoins)?
Yes, you can always buy other tickets later on. Just visit our ticket shop and pick whatever you want to add.
https://shop.paylogic.com/859bd1b076bf405d8d71c89f7ee5e3c8/tickets - I don’t understand the difference between the price levels, what do the different numbers mean?
The different price levels are based on the time someone buys the ticket. People who get the ticket in fall a year before the event pay much less than people who decide to come to the festival a couple of months or weeks before. The later it gets, the more expensive is the ticket. The benefits are the same!
- Can I give my ticket to anybody else?
Yes, all tickets except the extra tickets Rent-a-Tent and drinks are personalized. The name of the buyer is then automatically placed on these two categories. In addition, guest list and free tickets are linked by name, cannot be sold and are therefore not transferable.
Name changes for the regular tickets are possible.
To do this, go to your order status via your confirmation email.
There you will find the "Change name" button at the top. You can use this to change the name on the ticket.
Alternatively: personalize / re-personalize

No, there will only be a box office.

Please send an email to team@seayou-festival.de with a scan of your severely handicapped pass. Without getting in contact with us before it is not possible to re-ceive a free ticket.
We provide toilets for handicapped people but please notice, that not every area at the festival site is completely wheelchair accessible, for example the stage access for VIP guest. - What happens if…?
… I damage something?
Every guest who breaks something at the festival venue or campground is liable for it.

… I lost something?
If you lost something you can ask for it at entrance which means, that this is also the place you can turn something in in case you found something. If your lost item is still not there you can write an email to team@seayou-festival.de after the festival.

Every guest is responsible for his or her own belongings. We suggest leaving all valuables that are not desperately needed at home or at least in your car.
… something happens to me?
Entering the festival venue and especially taking a bath in the lake is on your own risk.
The promotor’s contractual and legal liability for its own and other people’s actions is restricted to an act of gross negligence. Of course there is a first aid team present.

All persons associated with the ticket must stay in one vehicle. It is not possible to set up a tent next to the caravan or anywhere else. If only three people fit into a vehicle to sleep, then only three people can check in with one ticket. This ticket does not include festival entry, it is purely a camping ticket, which is only valid in combination with a festival ticket. The ticket includes a garbage deposit in the amount of €15 included, which is refunded when three full garbage bags are handed in. There is neither electricity nor water on the pitch.

Camping A: Each camper has around 3.5m² of space available for their tent. Please consider this when choosing a tent. If you arrive as a group, you can of course add up your pitch and take a larger tent with you. Since we want to offer a place to as many campers as possible due to the limited capacities, it is important that tents are occupied as optimally as possible.
