Cashless refund
Refunds via the cashless event portal on the homepage (login with a personal, self-selected username) will begin on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, and end on Wednesday, August 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. After that, the automated process will end and we will switch to manual refunds. Please take advantage of these first four weeks to request your refund, as processing times may increase significantly after that.
