- How do I get my money back?:
- Will I get my remaining credit back after the festival?
Up to 28 days after the festival, you can simply transfer your remaining credit back online from home. The reverse transaction is free of charge and possible from a remaining balance of €2. A maximum of €200 per festival wristband can be refunded.
Attention: Free repayments can only be made to a Euro IBAN account, the transaction fee is automatically deducted from all accounts with foreign currency. - Refund:

For the repayment of your remaining credit you need the chip on your festival wristband! - How does the refund for the remaining balance work?
You go to the refunds homepage ( https://eventportal.io/i/ c5dd4d38-0440-499d-9614-f30b5af4d8cf ) and create an account there (or use an existing account, e.g. Googlemail). You then enter the chip ID and PIN, both of which are on the back of the chip. If you want to add multiple chips to the account, you could also rename each individual chip here. On the next page you have to enter your bank details. The payout is processed within approx. 10 working days. You can see the status of the repayment in the account.

This year we have a deposit on our drinks again. The deposit is EUR 2 per drink.
The deposit is automatically deducted from your chip upon purchase.
You can return a maximum of 5 cups at a time without having bought a drink yourself.
After that, it is only possible to return the deposit if it was debited from your chip together with a drink.
